First icon, you had me looking about twelve. This one, got me looking too old. I get it. Ya gotta put something in the picture so you ain't talking to an abstract squiggle or... whatever. Still kind of a headache... At least you got something that's not some trendy pop boy with perfect hair. That ain't me.
Now, I know the deal. You've been trying to ... get ready for where the other guy's probably gonna leave off for a while now. And... well. Kinda stings, y'know? Feeling like just the latest in a string of throwin' shit at the wall to see what sticks. Ain't like I don't already have enough identity crises. But...
Letting that get me down seems like a waste of time. Not like I've not got more to deal with... Big shoes to fill, huh? ... Or they're probably the same size as mine, but you know what I mean.
So let's talk.
I need my friends. More than anything. These are the guys who've kept me grounded in the mundane sphere for ... four, five years? ... and I don't even know their names yet. ... True or warded.
... Hey, does that mean we get codenames? Huh. That'd be a cool way to think about it.
But when the only name I know right now is that shiny asshole holdin' the remote control, that's not good. (Yeah, things could be worse. Yeah, I got myself into this. Doesn't mean everything's sunshine and roses or whatever.)
The rest of the stuff... That's important, too. Where I live, where my family are... Maybe I'll be able to tell ya over time. Same for the things I've been doing.
But you know that, huh. So for now... Guess we'll see.
Just stop callin' me 'signalbutt'.

Voice testing/AU shenanigans/etc for Seiji "Sage" Kirishima, an OC based on a CRAU of... etc. 'Hermit Faeries' setting. Nearly taken in by a scheming faerie as a troubled teen, wound up making a contract with another to secure his freedom... more or less. Now works as an agent for that fae patron, gathering intel and interesting data, while working to help others being drawn unwillingly into that world...
World info (cn: faerie mental manipulation and suchlike).
- Hanging out in the real world?
- A mission into a faerie domain or somewhere else supernatural?
- Just chatting on some unknown network?
- Thoughts?
